End of Year, New Decade thoughts…..

As this year ends and a new decade is upon us, I’m reflecting on the past and excited for the future.

The 2010’s was a decade that shaped my future…. I lived and worked abroad, the idea of HERHealthEQ was crafted, I left corporate job and started my own consulting firm, I moved back to NYC, I formed and started running non-profit HERHealthEQ, I found my voice, I met and befriended amazing people and colleagues, and I started to craft my future life.

This past year (2019) was incredibly pivotal as I discovered the power of myself, my voice, and the future. I achieved a lifelong dream of delivering a TEDxTalk; I brought myself back from the bottom; I found a sustainable business structure forward for HERHealthEQ; and I took 175 flights to 18 countries and states.

2020 and this next decade will be my most important and impactful. I will continue to work with innovative healthcare companies to grow their businesses and ensure that innovative and useful technology is developed and commercialized for all throughout the world, not only in developed regions; I will lead HERHealthEQ into the future with a new sustainable and even-more impactful business structure so that we can implement larger and better programs around the world for women’s health; I will continue to ensure women have access to quality healthcare to treat non-communicable diseases; I will live the life I have always dreamed for myself and will continue to build for the future; and I will continue to ensure my health and happiness.

I am grateful to all who have played a part in my past and excited to meet and collaborate with all who will further the future with me. Wishing you all a happy holidays and a happy new year. I am excited, driven, and empowered for the future….. join me.
